This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Overlandico Southeast produces, delivers, and hands over its aluminum truck topper systems and accessories. Because each topper is made to order, timing and delivery depend on your build and your location.
Production and Lead Times
Every topper is built in our own production facility after your order is confirmed. Typical lead time is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the series, current production schedule, and the options you select. We share an estimated window when you place your order and keep you updated as your build moves through production.
Local Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your finished topper at our facility in Hallandale Beach, Florida. We will let you know when your build is ready and arrange a pickup time that works for you.
Delivery
We offer delivery for customers who prefer to have their topper brought to them. Delivery is calculated by distance from our Hallandale Beach facility, and the delivery cost is shown to you before you confirm. Installation can be added to a delivery so that your topper arrives fitted and ready to use.
Delivery Area
We currently focus on Florida and the wider Southeast. If you are outside this area, contact us and we will do our best to arrange a solution. We are expanding our delivery and installation network over time.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect your topper at pickup or delivery. If you notice anything that does not look right, tell our team right away so we can address it while we are with you or shortly after.
Damage in Transit
If your topper is delivered by our team and arrives with transit damage, we will make it right. Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to [email protected] so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
Title and Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you at pickup, or at delivery when we bring the topper to you. For deposits and cancellations, please see our Refund Policy and Reservation Policy.
