Products and Availability
Overlandico offers truck canopies (Forge and Panoramic series) and related accessories. Product specifications, fitments, lead times, and inventory can change without notice. We do our best to keep the website accurate, but availability is confirmed only after we contact you directly.
Reservations and Orders
You can engage with our products in two ways:
- Reserve Now places a $99 refundable deposit and holds your spot in the build queue.
- Buy Now initiates a full purchase request for an in-stock or made-to-order unit.
Order confirmation by phone. After you submit a Reserve Now or Buy Now request, an Overlandico representative will contact you by phone to confirm vehicle fitment, options, delivery details, and any custom requirements. Your order is considered finalized only after this call. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we will follow up by email before processing.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers; Overlandico does not store full payment card data on its servers. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees are added at checkout or during the confirmation call.
Service Availability and Limitations
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or uninterrupted availability of online operations. Prices, stock levels, lead times, reservation slots, and order confirmations shown on the website are subject to verification and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including third-party payment or logistics provider outages, supplier or shipping delays, force majeure events, and occasional website errors or glitches.
In the rare case that a Reserve Now or Buy Now request cannot be honored exactly as shown on the site, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer a resolution, which may include adjustment, alternative options, or a full refund of any deposit paid.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated lead times and shipping windows are provided for guidance only and may shift based on production capacity, materials, and carrier performance. Specific delivery options are confirmed during the order confirmation call.
Warranty
Eligible products are covered by the Overlandico warranty. Coverage details, registration, and claim procedures will be provided with your order documentation and on a dedicated warranty page.
